Every night, the system goes through all clients and counts how many visits they had, what is their average interval, what day and hour they usually go, what is their average value and when they should return. In the next step, it filters out clients who should return in the next 3 days. If you have already sent something to that client in the last 14 days, it will skip it. No client will receive more than one reminder in 2 weeks. The client will receive an email (or SMS) with a precisely designed appointment on their favorite day and hour, with one click, in the style of your salon. In the statistics in the admin panel, you will see how many reminders left, how many clients clicked, how many booked, and how much € it returned to you.
