Does the system work without having my own website?
Yes. You will get your own booking page at system.easybooking.sk, which you can share on social media, in your Google profile, or send directly to customers.
Can I sell gift vouchers and passes online?
Yes, starting from the Regular plan. Customers can purchase a voucher or pass online 24/7, pay by card, and receive it instantly via email. You will have an overview of every sold and redeemed voucher in the system.
Can I have multiple staff members in the system?
Yes, with the Advanced plan you can have 1–3 staff members, and the Extra plan covers 4 or more. Each staff member has their own calendar, and customers can choose a specific one.
How do SMS reminders work?
The system automatically sends an SMS reminder to the client 24 hours before the appointment. The sending time can be adjusted. You can customize the message text to your needs. SMS messages are sent from a credit that you top up as needed.
Can clients book appointments online by themselves?
Yes. You will get your own booking form with your logo and colors, designed to look like part of your website. Clients can choose the service, staff member, and time — anytime, even outside opening hours.
Can I manage bookings from a mobile or tablet?
Yes. EASYBOOKING works in a web browser on any device — mobile, tablet, or computer. No app download is required.
