On Tuesday, 13 October 2026, the Crowne Plaza hotel in Bratislava hosted the 10th jubilee edition of Kozmetický kongres, Slovakia’s professional cosmetics congress. EASYBOOKING was there as a partner, and we spent the whole day where we feel most at home: among beauticians, salon owners and experts who create beauty with their own hands every day.
Kozmetický kongres: ten years of expertise and inspiration
Kozmetický kongres has been organised since 2015 by Ildikó and Jozef Drgoň and has grown into one of the leading professional cosmetics events in Slovakia. Its strength lies in connecting professional topics with business: marketing, management, sales and salon growth.
The jubilee edition was opened by host Janette Štefánková, and the programme ran from morning until the early evening ticket draw. The general partner was INSTITUT ESTHEDERM.
A programme full of big names
The stage welcomed experts whose names carry real weight in the beauty industry. Highlights from the programme:
- PhDr. Ladislav Zsembera (NAOS, BIODERMA and INSTITUT ESTHEDERM) opened the expert block with NAD+ and a new era of cellular energy in skincare.
- Mgr. Jana Polanská, the well known face of HydraFacial, spoke about turning beauty technology into a working salon service.
- Kamil Aujeský, an artificial intelligence expert, showed how AI tools save time and money in beauty businesses.
- Ing. Alexandra Fričová, MBA (ALMAF) shared practical tips on filling a salon with clients.
- Ivana Bujňáková presented the exclusive Secrets de Sothys treatment in the year of Sothys’ 80th anniversary.
- Zuzana Kirková (Diego dalla Palma PROFESSIONAL) and Ing. Iveta Vagová (INSTITUT ESTHEDERM) focused on new anti aging strategies.
- Jana Patak Siklienková, MSc. and Ing. Martina Horečná of Siklienka covered the evolution of microneedling and asked whether exosomes are hype or a revolution.
- Miroslava Kucejová demonstrated live AI skin diagnostics on a model.
The panel discussion on why a strong profession needs strong representation also drew a great response. It featured Mgr. Ildikó Drgoňová, Ing. Nikoleta Pavličková and Bc. Mgr. Zuzana Vargicová, president of the APpKaR association.
